Helen Staley
Being a single mum and bringing up 5 children I understand the difficulties of fitting in time for you. But I know from experience that you can take a New Direction, lose weight and feel great, even with a busy schedule.

Fitness has been key in my life since I was at school where I represented the school in athletics and multiple sports. Eventually joined a gym and got involved with running and weight training and by the time I had child number 5 I was totally addicted to training and decided to make a career out of helping others reach better levels of fitness and feel better about themselves.

I began as a volunteer instructor at my local gym and started my training. Over time I became a professional gym instructor and soon attracted the attention of a personal training company who inducted me as a part of the team as I underwent more advanced training. I soon became a fully qualified and industry recognised personal trainer. After several years with this company I left to establish New Direction within my own personal training studio which has been my focus since 2009.

New Direction is apart of the Register of Exercise Professionals and is a certified level 3 Personal Trainer.
