Basic Sessions
A basic session consists of an hour of 1on1 training at the New Direction facility, these sessions are designed individually and tailored to help you reach your goals. They can be purchased monthly from one to four sessions per week.

Team Sessions
Team sessions cover up to two people for a 1 hour training session at the New Direction facility. Whilst lacking the individual touch of 1on1 sessions they still offer a personal and tailored training and allow couples to train together and still peruse their individual goals.

Home Training**
Home Training is ideal for the individual with family commitments or a schedule that is to busy to allow time to travel to the gym. New Direction is able to bring diverse training sessions to you with alternatives to all the best gym based training. These 1on1 sessions can be tailored to help you meet any goal.

Team Home Training**
Team Home Training is ideal for those couple with family commitments or a busy schedule. Offering all the diversity of a gym, all your goals are achievable and can be brought right to your door. These sessions can be perfect for the family unit looking to keep fit.
