Terms and Conditions
- Training fees are paid for in advance by monthly bankers orders and payment prior to bankers orders being placed a cheque for the money owed up to that date must be paid.
- All training sessions given by New Direction are chargeable in full.
- All fees paid for are non refundable and non- transferable.
- Should a payment fail to enter New Direction account on time immediate payment by cheque should be made in order to avoid disruption to training.
- All clients and New Direction will agree and sign to the number of sessions the client wishes to book, any changes to this has to be signed for and changes made to payments accordingly.
- New Direction reserves the right to refuse to train a client if full payment has not been received.
- Any training sessions New Direction is unable to provide due to illness, bank holidays etc will be refunded or appointments moved where possible and where convenient to both parties.
- Any extra training sessions taken on a temporary basis will be paid for in advance or taken from refunds allowed.
- Clients may cancel up to four training sessions a year without being charged money owed will be refunded by New Direction at the end of the calendar month of absence. Clients must inform New Direction of dates at least seven days in advance.
- If absence is due to illness then clients will not be charged up to the four allowed sessions after this they will be charged in full. If less than 24 hours notice is given for illness then client will be charged in full.
- In the event of a client wishing to terminate training, New Direction requires one month’s written notice.
- During this period New Direction does not offer any refunds for cancellations.
- Should New Direction not receive written notice as stated above a full months training will be chargeable.
- New Direction reserves the right to refuse to train anyone under the influence of alcohol, medication, illegal drugs or is clearly unwell.
- Assessments will be carried out at regular intervals in accordance with the individual needs and requirements of each client.
- Clients are responsible to inform New Direction of any change in medication, health or any other relevant information that may affect their training.
